1) Composite Loan Scheme
Under this scheme, the DSFDC is providing need based loan to the prospective beneficiaries for pursuing various income generating activities as follows :-
Vegetable/Fruit/Flowers’ shop ,Bakery items/confectionery items , Kiryana/General Store ,Dairy Products , Stationery/Books/Gifts/Book Binding ,Photostat/Fax/STD/PCO ,Cyber Café/Cell Phone Booths ,LPG Booking Office/Showroom without LPG Cylinders ,Atta Chakki , Meat/Poultry and Fish Shop , Pan Shop , Barber Shop/Hair Dressing Saloon/Beauty Parlour, Laundary/Dry Cleaner/Ironing , Sweet Shop/Tea Stall without sitting arrangements. ,Chemist Shop ,Tailoring Shop ,Optical Shop ,Electrical/Electronic Repair Shop, Photo Studio ,Cable TV/DTH Operations , Hosiery/Readymade Garments/Cloth Shop ,ATM , Ration Shop under Public Distribution System of NCT of Delhi/Cycle Repair Shop ,Any non- polluting permissible manufacturing activity in Industrial/Commercial/mixed land use residential are defined under Master Plan ,Purchase of Three Wheeler/Taxis, Any other activity found suitable and approved by the Principal Secretary
(SC/ST/OBC/Minority).
Eligibility:
i) The applicant should be a resident of Delhi.
ii) The applicant age should be between 18 to 50 years.
iii) The annual family income of the applicant from all sources should not exceed Rs.1.20 lakhs.
iv) The applicant must have proper work place, for starting the proposed activity, either owned or rented.
v) The applicant should not have been declared defaulter under any of the schemes being implemented by DSFDC.
Maximum permissible loan amount:
i) For SC category, the need based loan up to Rs. 3.00 lakhs.
ii) For OBC, Minority and PWD categories, the need based loan amount up to Rs.1.00 Lakh.
2) Transport Loan Scheme
Under this Scheme, different National Apex Corporations provide term loan to this Corporation as a part of the total project cost/loan demanded by the aspirant applicants/beneficiaries on case to case basis. The Corporation has been implementing Transport Loan Scheme under LMV category (upto the maximum loan limit of Rs.5.00 lakhs) for the target groups who are residents of Delhi. The loan under the scheme is sanctioned/disbursed subject to completion of pre and post sanction formalities by the applicants. The objective of the scheme is
to promote self-employment among beneficiaries of the target groups.
Eligibility:
i. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Delhi and must possess copy of Ration Card/Voter I Card.
ii. Aadhaar Card is mandatorily required.
iii. The applicant’s age should be between 18-45 years.
iv. The annual family income of the applicants (under SC, OBC & Minority category) from all sources should not exceed Rs.1,20,000/- per annum. However for creamy layer of Minority category the maximum income ceiling is Rs.6.00 lacs per annum. Whereas there is no income limit prescribed under the Safai Karamchari category.
v. Bonafide valid commercial driving licence & badge required (LMV)
vi. The applicant should have not been declared as defaulter under any scheme of DSFDC, Nationalized Bank, Financial Institution or Co-operative Bank etc.

3) Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana–Urban (PMAY-U) a flagship Mission of Government of India being implemented by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), was launched on 25th June 2015. The Mission addresses urban housing shortage among the EWS/LIG and MIG categories including the slum dwellers by ensuring a pucca house to all eligible urban households by the year 2022. Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs has also started Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs), a sub-scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U). This will provide ease of living to urban migrants/ poor in Industrial Sector as well as in non-formal urban economy to get access to dignified affordable rental housing close to their workplace.
Eligibility-EWS (upto 3 lakh income),LIG(3-6 lakh income),MIG-1(6-12 lakh income), MIG-2 (12-18 lakh income)
4) National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP)
The National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) which came into effect from 15th August, 1995. The programme introduced a National Policy for Social Assistance for the deprived BPL beneficiaries and aims at ensuring a regular flow of social assistance in addition to the benefits that states are currently providing or might provide in future. NSAP at present comprises of Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS), Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS), Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS), National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS) and Annapurna Scheme.
(i) Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS)
The eligible age for IGNOAPS is 60 years. The pension is Rs.200 per month for persons between 60 years and 80 years. For persons who are 80 years and above the pension is Rs.500/- per month.
(ii) Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS)
The eligible age is 40 years and the pension is Rs.300 per month. After attaining the age of 80 years, the beneficiary will get Rs.500/- per month.
(iii) Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS)
The eligible age for the pensioner is 18 years and the amount is Rs.300 per month. After attaining the age of 80 years, the beneficiary will get Rs.500/ per month.
(iv) National Family Benefit Scheme (NFBS)
Rs. 20000/- is given as one time assistance to a household in the event of death of the breadwinner. A woman in the family, who is a home maker, is also considered as a “bread-winner” for this purpose. The family benefit is paid to such surviving member of the household of the deceased poor, who after local enquiry, is found to be the head of the household. For the purpose of the scheme, the term “household would include spouse, minor children, unmarried daughters and dependent parents. In case of death of an unmarried adult, the term household would include minor brothers/ sisters and dependent 5 parents. The death of such a bread-winner should have occurred whilst he/she is more than 18 years of age and less than 60 years of age.
(v) Annapurna Scheme
Under this scheme 10 kgs of food grains (wheat or rice) per month per beneficiary are given. The scheme aims at providing food security to meet the requirement of eligible old aged persons who have remained uncovered under the IGNOAPS
5) PM e-Vidya Yojana
Launched in 2020. A comprehensive initiative called PM e-VIDYA Yojana is launched which unifies all efforts related to digital/online/on-air education to enable multi-mode access to education. This will benefit nearly 25 crore school going children across the country. For this government has opened DIKSHA portal and app for e-books and e-contents. There is online coaching for competitive exams. IITPal or IIT Professor Assisted Learning is a series of lectures prepared by IIT Professors to help students prepare for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) and NEET.
Eligibility-
- Being a student enrolled in a recognized educational institution.
- Having access to a device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone) and internet connectivity to participate in online learning.
- Meeting any specific requirements related to the scheme’s target audience, such as students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
6) National Digital Health Mission (NDHM)
Launched: 15 August 2020
Main Objective: To provide health ID to every individual citizen of India
National Digital Health Mission aims to provide health ID to every individual citizen of India. It could be used to digitize the medical records including prescription details, doctor appointments, diagnosis details, medical reports, discharge summaries and other health records. These records when shared with the service providers will ensure appropriate treatment and follow-up. NDHM will be supported by a centralized IT infrastructure which will be used for the secure storage and exchange of medical records of individuals, medical research data, health data analytics and much more at national level.
Eligibility-
- Being an Indian citizen.
- Registering for a unique health ID under the NDHM.
- Providing necessary identification documents to create a health ID.
- Being willing to participate in the digital health ecosystem by accessing and sharing health records digitally.
7) Grameen Kaushalya Yojana or DDU-GKY
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana is a part of another scheme,i.e. National Rural Livelihood Mission scheme. This scheme was announced on 25 September 2014 by the Ministry of Rural Development. Even the unemployed rural youth or anyone who earns a daily wage doing odd jobs with even a little bit of schooling is eligible for obtaining training and employment under this scheme. This scheme’s aim is to provide skill to rural youth who are poor and provide them jobs having regular monthly wages.
Eligibility- Poor rural youth between the age of 15 and 35.
8) Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana
Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana is a rural development programme to empower the deprived sections of society. The Central Government of India launched this scheme in the financial year 2009-10. It comes under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Its aim is to eliminate the disparity between SCs and other communities in the area of literacy rate, infant mortality rate/maternal mortality rate, the completion rate of elementary education and ownership of productive assets. This scheme targets the development of villages that have a higher ratio (over 50%) of people belonging to the scheduled castes.
Eligibility-
- Being a resident of a village that is selected under the scheme.
- Participating in the development activities and initiatives outlined by the scheme.
- Engaging in community development projects and programs to uplift the village.
9) Antyodaya Anna Yojana
Antyodaya Anna Yojana was launched in December 2000 for providing foodgrains to the right category of the population. This Government scheme provides highly subsidised food to around one crore poorest of the poorest families from amongst the Below Poverty Line (BPL) families in India. People can obtain food at very cheap price i.e. 3 rupee per kg of rice.
Eligibility-
- Belonging to the poorest families in rural and urban areas.
- Having a household income below the poverty line.
- Possessing a valid ration card issued by the government.
10) Swamitva Yojana
The Swamitva Yojana aims to provide an integrated property validation solution for rural India. Under this scheme, a property card is created and issued for each house of the village by the Government. The Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi launched the physical distribution of property cards under the ‘Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas’ (SVAMITVA) scheme on 11 October 2020. This scheme aims to provide a certificate of ownership of the property to the people of the village which is mapped by the Government. The Government can also do a digital survey of the village using drones in the villages to grant ownership certificates for the eligible people. Through this scheme, the people living in rural areas can obtain bank loans on their village property. This also reduces disputes between people.
Eligibility-
- Being a rural homeowner.
- Possessing property in rural areas.
- Having the necessary documents to verify property ownership.
11) Education Loan Scheme
The objective of the scheme is to provide loan to the students, who are residents of Delhi, for pursuing Professional and Technical courses through Government recognized Institutions in India and Abroad.
Target groups:
1. Scheduled Caste
2. Scheduled Tribe
3. Other Backward Classes
4. Minorities
5. Persons with the Disabilities
ELIGIBILITY:
1.) The applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi and should belongs to SC/ST/OBC/Minority and PwD Category for which a caste certificate issued by the Office of the SDM concerned shall be required, an affidavit in case of Minority Category and disability certificate from Govt. Hospital in case of PWD Category.
2.) Annual income of parents/guardian should be below Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupee Five Lakhs only) for which an income certificate issued by the Office of the SDM concerned shall be required.
3.) The applicant must have got admission in recognized/ Govt. Technical Institution anywhere in India.
4.) The College/ Institute should have been offering the course for the last three years and should be recognized by the Central/State Govt. or by appropriate Authority such as UGC, AICTE etc.
5.) The duration of the course shall not exceed 5 Years.
Maximum Permissible Loan:
Need based finance with the following ceiling:
i) Studies in India – Maximum Rs.7.50 lacs
ii) Studies in Abroad – Maximum Rs. 15.00 lacs
12) Big Loan Scheme
Under this scheme, different National Apex Corporations provide term loan to this Corporation upto Rs.5.00 lacs as a part of the total project cost/loan demanded by the aspirant applicants/beneficiaries on case to case basis. The loan under this category is provided for setting up of Income Generating Activities under the permissible non-polluting trades approved in Delhi. However for manufacturing units, the work place should be in approved industrial area. The loan is disbursed subject to completion of formalities prescribed by the Corporation/Apex Corporations and Letter of Intent issued by the respective National Apex Corporation. Under this category need based loan is financed to the prospective beneficiaries, at the sole discretion of the National Apex Corporations.

Eligibility Criteria :
i. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Delhi and must possess copy of Ration Card/Voter I Card.

iv. The annual family income of the applicant under SC, OBC & Minority categories should not exceed Rs.1,20,000/- per annum. However for creamy layer of Minority category, the maximum income ceiling is Rs.6.00 lacs per annum. There is no Income limit under PwDs & Safai Karamchari categories respectively.
v. The applicant should have not been declared as defaulter under any scheme of DSFDC, Nationalized Bank, Financial Institution or Co-operative Bank etc.
vi. The applicant should possess knowledge and experience as per the requirement of the scheme.
vii. The applicant must have a valid permission like SSI Certificate, Pollution Control Certificate or any permission required for setting up the Business/Industry (Manufacturing Unit) if required on case to case basis.
13) Artisan Promotion
The Corporation gives opportunity to the Artisans to participate in the fairs and melas whenever being organized by the different National Apex Corporations from time to time. The Fairs give an opportunity to the Artisans to showcase their talents. This not only give them exposure but also give them name, fame and money. The Apex Corporation, through the DSFDC every year participate in Shilpotsav,IITF, East Himalaya Expo, International Surajkund Mela and other exhibitions.
The DSFDC sponsors the artisans and Apex Corporations bear towards participation fee, lodging boarding and also provide stipends.
The artisans are nominated from the eligible below mentioned categories:
a) Scheduled Castes Category.
b) Other Backward Classes Category.
c) Minority category.
d) Safai Karamchari Category.
e) Persons with Disabilities Category.
ELIGIBILITY :
i) The Artisans should be a beneficiary of the Corporation who has availed loan from this Corporation.
ii) The Artisans should be a resident of Delhi.
iii) The Artisans should be registered online under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) at the website www.udyogaadhar.gov.in.
iv) Caste Certificate/Affidavit, in case the applicant belongs to Minority community.
